Job Description

-Managing current cash flow and managing finance/account team
-Keeping track of all sources of revenues, and ensuring that the correct amount has been received.
-Knowing all the liabilities and delivering them as per agreed schedule; may need to do negotiating if schedule is likely to be not met. ·
-Checking and safe control of all cash and bank balances · Financial decision-making
-Setting and achieving the company’s financial objectives ·
-Understanding and analyzing the current financial situation, and forecasting future financial position using the financial reports · Setting clear financial objectives and metrics for the company, and developing a strategic plan and execution plan to achieve the goal ·
-Reporting and advising to the BOD and communicating with relevant personnel to ensure that they are acting in accordance with the financial plans and objectives.
-Risks management and tax.
-Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments ·
-Managing Internal/ external procedure and relationships; demonstrating leadership capability within the company ·
-Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Review and Revised ·
-Financial Reporting System Review and Implementation ·
-Performance Monitoring System and Implementation ·
-Manage and providing guidance to account team members ·
-Monthly & Quarterly Budget and Cash call plan and guidance ·
-Advice on short-term, long-term investment businesses, and financial measurement and decision-making·
-Driving the company's financial planning ·
-Providing mentor ship and leadership within the company, and helping to promote the company’s values. ·
-Increase in the profit margin of the companies delivered through deliberate resource allocation and budget control. ·
-Review and the feedback of peers on job performance and leadership capacity.
-Must be proficient in using Accounting Software.
-Reporting to management and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
-Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
-Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
-Analyzing market trends and competitors
-Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
-Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
-Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
-Advice colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

Job Requirements:
-Degree in Accountancy, ACCA Part (II) or CPA qualified preferred
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar industry (5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager (essential).
-Experience in advantage of having ERP software knowledge
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence senior management teams.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and other financial planning software.
-Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
