Job Description

This recruitment is FMCG Manufacturing(Cooking Oil & Dairy Product) location in Pazundaung Tsp.
Job Descriptions
-Prepare & entry data Fish & Dry Fish stock transactions in ledger.
-Preparation of Export Oder form. (calculated break down process)
-Report to MD the exceed fish & Dry fish after deducted export quantities from closing stock.
-Have to calculate Monthly Cold Store Charges.
-Have to calculate Nawali charges (fish cold store service income from other customer)
-Support fish & Dry fish data for export license process.
-Preparation of Monthly export container list.
-Monthly closing stock and physical ground count.
-Control & supervise export container loading process.
-Buyer container loading plan send to export section
-Supervise junior staff and store staff.
-All of report sends to Accounting department & related department & MD.

Job Requirement

-Must have Accounting Software like as ERP or Local Software and Advanced Microsoft office - word, excel, email.
-BCOM, DA (LCCI-Level 3) is preferable.
-Minimum 5 years of working experience in Inventory Control position. (Import & Export accounting experiences are preferable).
-Must be honest and due Diligence.
-Good personality, hardworking and positive thinking.
-Ability to be adaptable to change when necessary organizational and operational needs
