Job Description

Job Classification and Duties
-Fully responsible for General Affair and overall admin management in Thilawa office.
-Manage and supervise the facility management,Fixed & Current Assets control,office supply management,Car arrangement (include private+ferry),Vendor Management and Warehouse Management.
-Propose procedures,rule and regulation to improve internal control system.
-Manage office furniture,security team,cleaning and maintenance tasks,daily tasks like office supply.
-Need to take care for factory safety matters including people and machine.
-Maintain a clean organization and safe work environment,responsible for proper waste disposal.
-Investigating cause of accidents and other unsafe condition of the job site.
-Risk Assessment shall be done periodically and countermeasure on all risks related to administration in Thilawa office.
-Other additional tasks and job descriptions will be assigning by Managing Director,Plant General Manager,Warehouse operation senior manager.

Job Requirement

- Any Graduated
- At least (3) year’s working experience in administration field
- Able to communicate in English
- Well experience with office management system and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email
- Able to work under pressure
