Job Description

Job Classification and Duties
-Responsible for delivering the operational objectives and processes of the HR functions under the direction of the HR Manager to align with business directions and priorities.
-Prepare daily employee attendances/ leave/OT accordingly as a payroll data input.
-Administer and calculate monthly income tax, SSB and other such adjustments.
-Support with the timely printing (where relevant) and distribution of pay slips to all staff.
-Promote HR initiatives to create an efficient and engaged workplace.
-Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment process and announce vacant posts at internal & external.
-Assist/conduct employee onboarding programs and coordinate in organizing training & development initiatives. -Support Assistant HR Manager with performance appraisal and bonus process across the business.
-Preparing and Arranging for performance appraisal summary calculation process, regular bonus and salary adjustment calculation process.
-Keeping contact with all labor Office and Government Office.
-Arranging for office letters eg., warning letter process and others.
-Recording for all employee personal Data (soft copy & hard copy) with each file and updating for all personal data (Month by month).
-Arranging for orientation Training, internal and external training and update.
-Arranging for Exit Interview Process (for workers level).
-Researching for Market Salary Range, others C&B matters (Especially Competitor Company) in Thilawa zone.
-Preparing and arranging for Approval form all concerns about the HR process.
-Support Assistant HR Manager in producing monthly HR metrics and other management information as requested.
-Tracks and documents employment issues and requests as required for procedural and statutory purposes.
-Preparing Manpower report and daily working report to HR Assistant Manager.
-Maintain all HR documentations and do any ad-hoc work-related assignments assigned by Assistant HR manager and HR manager.

Job Requirement

Requirements
-Any Graduated
-At least (2) year’s working experience in HR fields.
- Able to use English 4 skills and Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email
-Having basic knowledge of human resource principles, procedures and labour law.
-Work as a team and finished the assigned tasks on time
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
