Job Description

The recruitment is IT Service company Located in Naypyitaw Tsp.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments.
-Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
-Schedule travel and planning social and corporate events.
-Dealing in Strategic and confidential plans and conduct ad-hoc research.
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
-Assist in Monitoring of all dept from Admin/Finance/Procurements / Operations/ Pre-Sales.
-Report suspicious matters/customers to the relevant compliance team as needed.
-Produce reports, presentations and briefs as require.
-All other tasks related to the operations and expansions of the business as needed.
-Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors.
-Assist in Client Relationship management, strategic growth, commercial proposals and file organization.
-Support with projects management tasks such as collate information, research and follow ups.
-Any other professional requirements as found necessary.

Job Requirement

Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalents.
-Fluent in English in spoken and written is a must.
-proficiency in MS Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoints, data/financial analysis tools and management presentations.
-Excellence interpersonal and communication Skills.
-Able to work under minimum supervision and pressure.
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent discretion and confidentiality.
-High level of accountability and ownership of tasks.
-Ability to multitask effectively.
-Motivated and highly organized.
-After regular working hours, still keep a tab on business related communications and help with urgent matters if necessary.
