Job Description

The recruiting company is a foreign company located in Bahan Tsp.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruiting , Short listing and interviewing for all department
-Drawing Monthly/Yearly Budget for HR Department, the benefits ( Social welfare & staff affair)
-Set up Rule and Regulations & HR improvement (explain company benefits policies and procedure to employees)
-Manage the employee attendance & leave management & processing payroll and review Employees’ performance.
-Managing and oversee employees SSB contributions and personal income tax calculation
-Compensation and Benefit proposal, coordinate with Myanmar Company Policy, government policy as well.
-Managing budget for bonus and handled employee grievances, disciplinary procedures & suggestion Box
-Prepared the Employee Handbook Administrations (Overall management and apply the long -term stay & work permit for the foreigner)
-Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
-Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
-Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

Job Requirement

-At least 6 year experience in HR Management level
-Strong in Manpower Planning, Recruiting & Sourcing Plan and Payroll process
-Effective Employees recruitment and selection process
-Good in communication Skill, Presentation skill & Coordination skills
-Advance level in English
-Proficient in MS Office series, Power Point.
-Understanding in HR government rules and regulation
-Able to work under pressure
