Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Assist with the design and production of communication materials related to the school.
-To translate, following school guidelines, marketing materials, school-in home communications, newsletters, press releases etc.
-To implement our content strategy, working with the Marketing Manager to create content across a range of channels and manage the social media accounts.
-Work closely with teachers and other staff in the school to communicate school matters to external stakeholders.
-Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
-Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of marketing events.
-Work closely with the Admissions team to generate enquires for the school.
-Work closely with the Marketing Manager to compile reports and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
-Media liaison and management.

Job Requirement

The recruiting company is Education Industry located in Mayangone.
-Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, public relations or journalism field.
-Have experience of working in a multi-national company environment (this is preferable, not essential).
-Experience running successful digital campaigns, with a focus on social media. Working knowledge of Digital marketing essential
-Have good written and spoken English, and excellent written Myanmar.
-Competent using design software, primarily Adobe suite.
-Be experienced in using Microsoft Office in an office environment.
-Be a highly committed team player with good communication skills who is also able to work autonomously.
-Have effective customer service skills and the ability to manage both internal and external customers.
-Be flexible in their approach to managing their work and the ability to deal with deadlines and prioritise own workload.
-Possess a meticulous approach to undertaking duties.
-A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and work collaboratively
