Job Description

The recruiting company is real estate/property company Located in Botahtaung townships.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Prepare debit voucher, check, and match requisition form, with arrangement of signatories from HOD
-Update cash and bank book daily
-Daily accounting transactions recording in Quick Book software
-Monthly accruals and adjustments in Quick Book software
-Prepare and maintain accounting schedules: Service Income & Bank Interest, Rental Schedule
-Monthly Preparation of Financial Statements, Commercial Tax, WHT, SGT Submission, visit to IRD office for tax payment
-Administrative work such as scanning, photocopying documents and filing, arranging document to send to SG Office, prepare monthly stationery ordered form and assist month-end stationary stock take.
-Provide support to Finance Manager

Job Requirement

Requirements
-Minimum degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Quickbooks Accounting Software knowledge is required.
- Communication in English (Preferred)
- Good analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
-Good communication skills, language skills, written and verbal, including presentation skills.
-Computer literate.
