Overall management of HR functions and practices
Maintain attendance and handle payroll
Perform Recruiting, Selection and interview process
Arrange company trip , medical check up and other activities
Able to plan and implement company rule & regulation
Evaluate employee ability and giving training and development
Coordinate with labor office and arrange employment contract
Follow up update government rules and regulations
Able to work with CEO closely and reporting skill
Managing transportation for employee
Assist government related matter
Handle SSB calculation and arrange for payment

Job Requirement

Requirements,

Age between 28 - 38
Any graduate
English business level
Excellency in MS office
Must have any HR related diploma or certificate
5 years working experience in HR field as manager level
Strong knowledge in labor law
Good communication and leadership
Technical skill
Able to work under pressure
