Job Description

The recruiting company is Export/Import company Located in Botahtaung townships.

Recruitment and Retention:
• Develop and oversee a recruitment process.
• Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
• Oversee all labour engagement for the office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.

Compliance and Record Keeping:
• Annually review the Employee Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws.
• Manage employment and office employees’ relations through developing employment policies, and requirements.
• Maintaining attendance and leave matters
• Arrange pre-employment contract, probation employment & employment contract

Compensation and Benefits:
• Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits.
• Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.

Payroll and Budget:
• Coordinate monthly Payroll
• Manage HR budget preparation
• Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws.

Administration:
• Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
• To supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
• To lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
• Manage schedules and deadlines for all administration duties.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Arranging the Vehicle Management
• Monitoring vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Overview and supervise Managing Director’s housing management

Training and Development and Performance Maintenance:
• Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.
• Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.

Employee Relations:
• Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
• Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.

Job Requirement

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of human resources and administration
• Must be familiar with Myanmar Labour Law and regulations governing Human Resources.
• Ability to work with Head of Departments and managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
• Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills.
• Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• HR software system knowledge and skills
