Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Deputy Director – HR & Admin, and functionally to the Senior
Human Resources Manager (Hong Kong), and working closely with his/her local key line
peers in functional areas, the incumbent will provide the creative and professional
leadership required to structure, organize and develop the Company's entire human
resource spectrum, playing a key role for sustained, orderly growth.
• He/She will be accountable for insuring that all activities affecting the Company's
employees in Myanmar are directed toward increasing personnel and organizational
effectiveness. In pursuit of this goal, he/she will place particular emphasis on providing
guidance and direction to the senior executives of the local and parent Company in
organization, manpower planning, and development, besides hiring and developing the
support staff as required.
• This position‘s environment is fast paced with minimum supervision, frequent
interruptions, and changing priorities. The job requires ability to balance the company and
employee interests in a variety of human resources and legal matters, requiring excellent
judgment and decision-making. Also requires the ability to prioritize requests and to
communicate effectively to multiple levels.
• His/Her specific responsibilities will include managing the entire range of human
resources activities, union/ labour relations, recruiting, performance management,
compensation administration, wage/ benefit proposals, training and development, health
and safety compliance and employee relations, etc.
• Revamp and implement HR policy and procedures; provide guidelines that are
aligned with company goals and directions
• Act as project owner and lead to take up HRIS implementation projects that align with
company goals and directions
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirement

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related
discipline
• A relevant experience (minimum 8 years) in full spectrum HR functions with demonstrated
proficiency in HR operations and a holistic business vision, completes the profile of this
professional
• Well versed in local employment ordinance and regulations and the latest market HR
practice
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications, especially in Excel function;
• Professional proficiency in English, Burmese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
